I began blogging only a few months back for fun. Today, I feel elated when I receive mails from many of you across the globe, that the blog helped you to connect with the school once again and recollect those memorable moments at school. It's a great feeling to know that you all remember me & cherish your time at WPS. I am not posting much these days, as I feel the regular events at school may not be of much interest to you. Looking forward to seeing you all one day !!

Sare Jahan Se Achha......(Independence Day)

With heavy rains lashing Warangal, we were very apprehensive of the Indepencence Day celebrations being carried out peacefully. But thanks to the Gods, everything went off fine and the only inconvenience was that the flag hoisting had to be done in the quadrangle instead of the stage for fear of heavy rains. Saluting the tricolour, everyone once again reminded themselves that Sare Jahan Se Achha Hindustan Hamara.....

School Re-opens for the year 2010-2011

18th June saw one and all back in school. Another academic year had begun. I only hope that this year too proves to be as exciting as the previous ones.

CBSE BOARD EXAM 2010 RESULTS

The CBSE has announced the Results today. As usual, we have produced 100% pass results. The difference this year is that the students are not allotted marks. They are only given grades on a nine point scale. 52 out of 55 students secured distinctions and 3 students, first division. Adwithi Pingili and Aparna Seelam have secured a CGPA of 10/10 with the topmost grade A1 in all the five subjects!!!
WELL DONE GIRLS!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!YOU HAVE INDEED MADE US PROUD!!!!!!

MY HEARTY CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THE STUDENTS OF CLASS 2010 WHO HAVE INDEED PROVED THAT WPS IS THE BEST!!!!!! WISH YOU ALL GOOD LUCK!!!!!!
